EMERGENCY EVACUATION PROCEDURES

Children and staff will “practice” emergency evacuation procedures on a monthly basis during planned fire drills.  In the case of a true emergency where evacuation is necessary, the designated safety zone for Wee College will be the Riverview Mall location, 720 Coverdale Road (figure 1).  Should the Riverview Mall location be inaccessible the second location will be at Royal Court Parkland Estates located at 822 Coverdale Road (figure 2).

You will be notified via radio 91.9 FM as well as through our main telephone line message systems at 861-1800 and 863-1800.

Should the Youth Center need to be evacuated from the Riverview Mall, the designated safety zone is Stepping Stones Wee College, followed by Royal Court Parkland Estates.
